We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in a group home setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to resident rights and patient care, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention and care plans tailored to their needs. This role requires a nurturing attitude, patience, and the ability to work effectively with people with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and lifting when necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality

Qualifications

• 1 year of Caregiving Experience
• Previous experience in a nursing home, home care, or memory care setting is preferred
• Ability to cook and prepare meals
• Knowledge of CPR and basic first aid
• Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques
• Ability to lift and move patients safely
• Strong communication skills and empathy towards others
• Must have valid Drivers License and active auto insurance

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

Pay: Starting at $15/hr
